Elyx Tactical ships nationwide, but firearms, ammunition, magazines and related accessories are regulated differently in every state and in many cities and counties. This page sets out where we can and cannot ship.

OUR COMPLIANCE POSITION

Elyx Tactical sells and ships in accordance with federal law, the laws of the State of Tennessee, and the laws of the destination jurisdiction. We refuse any order we believe cannot be completed lawfully.

Nothing on this page is legal advice, and we make no representation that any particular item is lawful where you live. Firearms law changes frequently and varies down to city level. Verifying that an item is legal for you to buy, own and use in your jurisdiction is your responsibility, not ours.

WHAT YOU CONFIRM WHEN YOU ORDER

You are responsible for ensuring that buying, owning and using the item complies with every federal, state and local law that applies to you.
You have independently confirmed the item is legal in your state and in your city or county.
You meet every age and eligibility requirement that applies to the item.
You agree to hold Elyx Tactical harmless from claims arising out of your purchase, possession or use of the item.

HOW WE SHIP

SHIPPING RULES

FFL SHIPMENTS

Firearms ship to the premises address on the FFL unless you call and ask us to use the mailing address. Every license is validated and must match exactly, or the order is delayed or canceled. Keeping a current copy of the license on file is the receiving dealer’s responsibility.

NO PO BOXES

We cannot ship ammunition, third-party drop-shipped items, or any firearm to a Post Office Box.

ALASKA & HAWAII

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require freight forwarding.

KNIVES

KNIFE ORDERING RESTRICTIONS

Federal law bars the sale and interstate shipment of switchblades, out-the-front (OTF) knives and other automatic-opening knives, except in the narrow cases below. Read this before ordering any knife.

What counts as an automatic knife

A knife that opens by hand pressure on a button or other device in the handle, or by inertia, gravity, or both.
It does not include a knife with a spring, detent or other mechanism biased toward closure that needs pressure applied to the blade by hand, wrist or arm to overcome that bias.

The limited exceptions

Automatic knives may only be sold to:

Civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and federal employees ordering in connection with federal government activities
Supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, Air National Guard or state militia, in connection with those organisations
Supply or procurement officers or employees of a state or political subdivision, in connection with that government
Manufacturers of such knives, or bona fide dealers, in connection with an order from any of the above

We will not sell an automatic knife unless one of these conditions is met.
