Only to a licensed dealer who holds both an FFL and SOT status. A standard FFL without SOT usually cannot receive NFA items. Please call your dealer before ordering and confirm they are an FFL/SOT who accepts NFA transfers. We do not ship NFA items to homes, businesses or PO boxes.

A Special Occupational Taxpayer is a licensed dealer registered with ATF to deal in NFA items such as suppressors, short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns. Elyx Tactical is an FFL/SOT.

We contact you to confirm your order, your state and your membership. We then ship to your FFL/SOT dealer, where you complete the transfer, including ATF Form 4473 and any other paperwork that still applies to you.

NFA items follow the same policy as firearms: all sales are final, with no returns or refunds. Before you order, make sure the item is legal where you live, that you are covered or can complete the required process, and that your dealer is an FFL/SOT who accepts NFA transfers.

If your background check is denied or you are otherwise unable to complete the transfer, the item returns to us and we refund the purchase price less a 20 percent restocking fee and the cost of shipping in both directions. A copy of the denial must accompany the returned firearm or NFA item; without it, no refund is issued. Any transfer fee charged by your dealer is payable to them.
